Machine Character:
The extrusion line overcome the disadvantage of big expansion coefficient, bad anti croop property and easy distortion of PPR pipe, it can produce normal PPR pipe and aluminum plastic compound pipe. The inner layer of this compound pipe is normal PPR pipe, covering aluminum foil on PPR layer, then coating the outer layer with PPR pipe. Then aluminum foil and PPR pipe is stick by special hot melt adhesive.
The Extrusion line is make up of PPR inner layer, aluminum circle pipe gluing and outer coating pipe. With the feature of normal PPR pipe of high temperature resistance and easy connection, Aluminum plastic compound pipe is good at small hot expansion coefficient (one thirds of PPR pipe), durable of high pressure, anti-UV and low temperature good compression strength. So this compound pipe is widely use in many application. This extrusion machine can use to produce stable PPR pipe and Aluminum plastic compound pipe. Technical Parameter:
