INTRODUCTION OF HIPS SHEET

HIPS has a high dielectric strength and is widely used for laminated electronic circuits, high frequency 

insulation sheeting, insulators, and other electrical applications. Polystyrene machines well and lends itself to 

conventional methods of forming and fabrication. It is resistant to a wide range of chemicals such as alkali, 

salts, lower alcohols, and many acids.

COMMON USE FOR HIPS SHEET

HIPS sheets has multiple applications in many markets, it can be vacuum formed, silk screened and machined.It is 

suitable for point of sale display units, indoor signage, showcases and packaging inserts. 

HIPS sheet is also extensively used in the refrigeration and automotive markets, where its superior qualities for

thermoforming make it a versatile choice. 

It can be manufactured with a high glass finish and is approved for food usage.

•Size: 630*1000 mm, 670*1000 mm, 1250*2000 mm, 610*1220 mm, 1000*1000 mm, 

          1250*2000 mm, 1000*2000 mm, 1250*2000 mm.

•Thickness: 1.5 mm – 15 mm

•Color: off-white, silver white, black, gray, blue, green, etc.  

•Main properties: high impact strength, good dimensional stability, forming and machining property, high rigidity, low water absorption, good corrosion resistance, easy to joins, nontoxic, odorless, excellent chemical properties and electric 

insulation property.

•Application: It is applied in parts for food industry, building model, hand paddle making electronic industry part, electronic & electronic field, pharmaceuticals industry, beverage supply line, compressed air pipe, environmental pipe and chemical 

industry pipe.

Raw material:  MRC for HIPS sheet

The Acrylic Sheet was made from the PMMA monomer, which was manufactured by worldwide famous factories, It is an excellent product which complies with SGS.

The Production line : 3 lines for Extruded acrylic sheet. Our production capacity are 300T/month.

PACKAGE

Covered with craft paper or PE film on double sides with pallet.

Bulk cargo packing: 2 tons per tray, use wooden pallets on bottom, with packaging film packages all around ensure transportation security.
