However, with the increase of feed rate and cutting depth, the cutting force will increase significantly (the feed rate will double, the cutting force will increase by about 70% ~ 80%, the cutting depth will double, and the cutting force will almost double), which is easy to deform the custom machined plastic parts and affect the CNC turning plastic quality, and even make the custom machined plastic parts scrapped. The surface roughness of custom machined plastic parts will increase with the increase of feed rate, so the appropriate feed rate and cutting depth should be selected.
